Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Football Spectators (Designation of Enforcing Authority) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 27th September 1999.

Section 2
The Football Spectators (Designation of Enforcing Authority) Order 1990 is hereby revoked.
Section 3
The organisation established under section 57 of the Police Act 1996 which was previously known as the Football Spectators Restriction Orders Authority and is from the date of coming into force of this Order to be known as the Football Banning Orders Authority is hereby designated as the enforcing authority for the purposes of Part II of the Football Spectators Act 1989.
