Section 1

These Rules may be cited as the Court of Protection (Enduring Powers of Attorney) (Amendment) Rules 1999 and shall come into force on 1st October 1999.

Section 2

Column 2 of Schedule 2 to the Court of Protection (Enduring Powers of Attorney) Rules 1994 shall be amended as follows:
(a) the figure “£75” shall be substituted for the figure “£50 ”;
(b) the figure “£25” shall be substituted for the figure “£10 ”.
