Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Unlicensed Television Services) Exemption (Revocation) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 11th October 1999.

Section 2

The Broadcasting (Unlicensed Television Services) Exemption Order 1994 is hereby revoked.
