Section 1Citation, extent and commencement
This Order, which extends to England only, may be cited as the Rates and Precepts (Final Adjustments) (Amendment) (England) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st November 1999.

Section 2Relevant year
In article 2 of the Rates and Precepts (Final Adjustments) Order 1991 (“the 1991 Order ”) , in the definition of “relevant year”, after “subsequent financial year” there is added “until, and including, the financial year beginning in 1999”.
Section 3Late rating adjustments
In paragraph (2) of article 3 of the 1991 Order, after “as mentioned in paragraph (1),” there is added “and on or before 31st March 2001,”.
