Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the East Yorkshire Hospitals and the Royal Hull Hospitals National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st October 1999.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
The East Yorkshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the East Yorkshire Hospitals National Health Service Trust Establishment Order and the Royal Hull Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the Royal Hull Hospitals National Health Service Trust Establishment Order are hereby dissolved, and accordingly those Orders are hereby revoked.
