Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Forms) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

The Companies (Forms) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1999
Section 2
(1) Form 88(2) in the Schedule to these Regulations, with such variations as circumstances require, is a form prescribed for the purposes of section 88(2) of the Companies Act 1985.
(2) Form 88(2) in the Schedule to the Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 is hereby revoked.
