Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Employer’s Contributions Re-imbursement Amendment Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 8th March 1999.

Section 2 Amendment of the Employer’s Contributions Re-imbursement Regulations 1996

In regulations 5(1)(a) and 6(1)(a) of the Employer’s Contributions Re-imbursement Regulations 1996 (deductions from employer’s contributions payments and deductions from employer’s contributions payments where a mariner’s earnings are paid for a voyage period respectively) after “13 weeks”, insert “commencing on or before 31st March 1999”.
