Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Education (Islamia Primary School, Brent) (Exemption from Pay and Conditions) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 15th November 1999.

Section 2
With effect from 15th November 1999, subsections (6) and (7) of section 2 of the Act shall not apply to the statutory conditions of employment of the school teachers in Islamia Primary School, Brent.
