Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 25th November 1999.

Section 2Amendments to the Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) Order 1990

In Part I of the Schedule to the Legal Services Ombudsman (Jurisdiction) Order 1990 after “The Institute of Legal Executives” there shall be inserted “The Chartered Institute of Patent Agents”.
