Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Cornwall Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 16th November 1999.

(2) In this Order—

“the first Trust” means the Plymouth Community Services National Health Service Trust;

“the second Trust” means the Cornwall Healthcare National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of the first and second Trusts on 30th July 1999.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 16th November 1999 the trust property shall be transferred from the first Trust to the second Trust.
