This Order may be cited as the Public Telecommunication System Designation (Teleport UK Limited (trading as Satellite Media Services)) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 7th December 1999.

Section 2

Each of the Applicable Systems is hereby designated as a public telecommunication system.
