Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Justices of the Peace (Commission Areas) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st December 1999.
(2) In this Order “ MCC ” means magistrates' courts committee.

Section 2Commission areas
(1) Each of the areas of England outside Greater London specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order is a commission area.
(2) Each of the areas of Wales specified in Part II of the Schedule to this Order is a commission area.
(3) Each of the areas of Greater London specified in Part III of the Schedule to this Order is a commission area.
