Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Gas Act 1986 (Exemptions) (No. 4) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 29th November 1999.

Section 2

In article 1(2) of the Gas Act 1986 (Exemptions) (No. 4) Order 1996 , for “30th November 1999” there shall be substituted “31st December 2000”.
