Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Glenfield Hospital, the Leicester General Hospital and the Leicester Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Glenfield Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the Glenfield Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 2000, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
(2) The Leicester General Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the Leicester General Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 2000, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
(3) The Leicester Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trust established by the Leicester Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 2000, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
