Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 19th November 1999.

Section 2

For the Schedule to the Immigration (Transit Visa) Order 1993 there shall be substituted the Schedule to this Order.

Section 3

The Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1998 is hereby revoked.
