Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemption) (Stoke on Trent City Council) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 10th March 1999.

Section 2Exemption of repair, maintenance and management of vehicles
The repair and maintenance of vehicles , and the management of vehicles by Stoke on Trent City Council shall not be treated as defined activities so long as they are carried out during the period beginning with 10th March 1999 and ending immediately before 1st June 1999.
