Section 1
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Breeding of Dogs (Licensing Records) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 30th December 1999.
(2) These Regulations shall not extend to Scotland.

Section 2
For the purposes of section 1(4)(i) of the Breeding of Dogs Act 1973, the records referred to in that section shall be in the form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
