Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981 (Bingo Prize Limit) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 22nd December 1999.

Section 2Increase in Prize Limit
Paragraph 5 of Schedule 3 to the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981 (exemption from bingo duty for certain small-scale, commercially-provided bingo games) shall have effect as if for the amount specified in sub-paragraph (2)(c) there were substituted “£15” .
Section 3Revocation
Articles 1, 2 and 3 of the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981 (Bingo Prize Limit) Order 1997 are hereby revoked.
