Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the South Birmingham Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Transfers of Trust Property) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 30th December 1999.

(2) In this Order—

“the Schedule”means the Schedule to this Order;

“the Trust” means the South Birmingham Mental Health National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means, in the case of each body specified in column (1) of the Schedule, the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of that body and the Trust on the date specified in relation to that body in column (2) of the Schedule.

Section 2 Transfers of Trust Property

On 30th December 1999, in the case of each body specified in column (1) of the Schedule, the trust property shall be transferred from the Trust to that body.
