Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 1998 (Agency Arrangements) (Specification) (No. 2) Order 1999.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 1st February 2000.

Section 2Specification of functions

The functions conferred on the Scottish Ministers by section 92(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1965 are hereby specified for the purposes of section 93(1) of the Scotland Act 1998.
