Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Registration of Restrictive Trading Agreements (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 24th January 2000.

Section 2

The Registration of Restrictive Trading Agreements Regulations 1984 shall be amended as follows:

(a) in regulation 10 there shall be added at the end the words “and except for the period beginning on 24th January 2000 and ending on 5th February 2000”; and

(b) in regulation 11 and in note 10 of the Notes for guidance set out in the Schedule there shall be added at the end the following words—
