Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Alexandra Health Care, the Kidderminster Health Care, the Worcestershire Community Healthcare and the Worcester Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

Section 2 Dissolution of NHS trusts

The Alexandra Health Care National Health Service Trust established by the Alexandra Health Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order , the Kidderminster Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Kidderminster Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order , the Worcestershire Community Health Care National Health Service Trust established by the Worcestershire Community Health Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order and the Worcester Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trust established by the Worcester Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order are hereby dissolved, and accordingly those Orders are hereby revoked.
