Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Vehicle Excise Duty (Immobilisation, Removal and Disposal of Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 15th February 1999.

Section 2Amendment of the Vehicle Excise Duty (Immobilisation, Removal and Disposal of Vehicles) Regulations 1997

(1) The Vehicle Excise Duty (Immobilisation, Removal and Disposal of Vehicles) Regulations 1997 shall be further amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 10(4)(b) for “21 days” there shall be substituted “14 days”.
