Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Land Authority for Wales (Abolition) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 28th February 1999.
(2) In this Order–
“the Authority” means the Land Authority for Wales.

Section 2Abolition of the Authority

The Authority is hereby abolished.
