Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Development Board for Rural Wales (Abolition) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 28th February 1999.
(2) In this Order–
“the Board” means the Development Board for Rural Wales.

Section 2Abolition of the Board

The Board is hereby abolished.
