Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Lifecare National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The Lifecare National Health Service Trust established by The Lifecare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
