Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Assembly for Wales (Disqualification) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 11th March 1999.

Section 2Designation of disqualifying offices

The offices described in the Schedule are hereby designated as offices disqualifying the holders of such offices from being members of the National Assembly for Wales.
