Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Crime and Disorder Strategies (Prescribed Descriptions) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2

In article 3(2) of the Crime and Disorder Strategies (Prescribed Descriptions) Order 1998 , at the end there shall be added:
(v) the chief officer of the fire brigade for an area any part of which lies within that area;
(w) the British Transport Police.
