Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2 Amendments to the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991

In Schedule 1 of the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991 ,

(a) under the heading “ Northern Circuit ”, after “Manchester County Court”, there shall be inserted “Oldham County Court”;

(b) under the heading “ Western Circuit ”, there shall be inserted “Barnstaple County Court”.
