Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Public Airport Companies (Capital Finance) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2

The Public Airport Companies (Capital Finance) Order 1996 shall be amended as follows:

(1) In paragraph (2) of article 1 for the definition of “public airport company” there shall be substituted the following definition:

“public airport company” means one of the companies listed in Schedule 1 to this Order;

(2) In paragraph (3) of article 1 for the words “the Schedule” there shall be substituted the words “Schedule 2”.

(3) For the Schedule there shall be substituted–

Public Airport Companies

Blackpool Airport Limited

Exeter and Devon Airport Limited

Gloucestershire Airport Limited

Humberside International Airport Limited

London Luton Airport Limited

Teesside International Airport Limited
