Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Northumbria Health Care National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.
(2) In this Order—
“the first Trust” means the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals National Health Service Trust;
“the second Trust” means the Northumbria Health Care National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first Trust and the second Trust on 22nd February 1999, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both those NHS trusts.
