Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Swindon and Marlborough National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1999 and shall come into force on 22nd March 1999.

Section 2 Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order

In Article 3 of the Swindon and Marlborough National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 (functions of the trust) there shall be inserted at the end of that Article:–

; and

(c) to provide and manage pursuant to section 5(1)(b) of the Act the Hospital at Marlborough Road, Swindon SN3 6BB, and there to provide and manage hospital accommodation and services and from there to provide and manage community health services.
