Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as The North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1999 and shall come into force on 17th March 1999.

(2) In this Order, “the Establishment Order ” means The North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 .

Section 2Amendment of Order

In article 3(2)(b) of the Establishment Order (functions of the trust), for the words “and at Hilton Road site” there are substituted the words “land at Hilton Road”.
