Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Scottish Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS Trust and consequent revocation

The Scottish Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust established by the Scottish Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
