Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Levy) Amendment Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2 Amendment of the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Levy) Regulations 1997
