The Crown Office Fees Order 1999

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Crown Office Fees Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2

The following fees shall be taken in the Office of the Clerk of the Crown in Chancery:

(1) Letters Patent under the Great Seal:

Heralds

Queen’s Counsel (England and Wales)

Charter of Incorporation or Supplemental Charter (England and Wales)

Grant of Title of City

Grant of Title of Lord Mayor

(2) Writ of Summons on the Determination of an abeyance of a Barony

Section 3

The Crown Office Fees Order 1994 is hereby revoked.
