Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 (Commencement) (Section 67) Order 1999.

Section 2

Section 67 of the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 shall have effect in relation to any proceedings for the purpose of which no witness summons has been issued under section 2 of the Criminal Procedure (Attendance of Witnesses) Act 1965 before 1st April 1999.
