Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Southern Derbyshire Acute Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

(2) In this Order–

“the Authority” means the Southern Derbyshire Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the Southern Derbyshire Acute Hospitals National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the property specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of the Authority and the Trust on 13th August 1998.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 1st April 1999 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
