Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Council Tax (Exempt Dwellings) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2Amendment of Order

In paragraph 10(a)(iii) of Schedule 1 to the Council Tax (Exempt Dwellings) (Scotland) Order 1997 , after the words “terms of” there shall be inserted the words “paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Act or”.
