This Order may be cited as The Derbyshire Ambulance Service, the Leicestershire Ambulance and Paramedic Service and the Nottinghamshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.
(1) The Derbyshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust established by The Derbyshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order is revoked on that date.
(2) The Leicestershire Ambulance and Paramedic Service National Health Service Trust established by The Leicestershire Ambulance and Paramedic Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order is revoked on that date.
(3) The Nottinghamshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust established by the Nottinghamshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order is revoked on that date.
