This Order may be cited as the Merton and Sutton Community, the Richmond, Twickenham and Roehampton Healthcare and the Wandsworth Community Health National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.
(1) The Merton and Sutton Community National Health Service Trust established by the Merton and Sutton Community National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
(2) The Richmond, Twickenham and Roehampton Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Richmond, Twickenham and Roehampton Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
(3) The Wandsworth Community Health National Health Service Trust established by the Wandsworth Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
