Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Northumbria Ambulance Service and the Durham County Ambulance Service National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
(1) The Northumbria Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust established by the Northumbria Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
(2) The Durham County Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust established by the Durham County Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
