Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Promotion Authority for Wales (Revocation) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2Revocation of Regulations

The Health Promotion Authority for Wales Regulations 1997 are hereby revoked.
