Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Allington, the East Suffolk Local Health Services and the Mid Anglia Community Health National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on1st April 1999.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Allington National Health Service Trust established by the Allington National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
(2) The East Suffolk Local Health Services National Health Service Trust established by the East Suffolk Local Health Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
(3) The Mid Anglia Community Health National Health Service Trust established by the Mid Anglia Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
