Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Cornwall Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment (No. 2) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order

In article 4 of the Cornwall Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 , for “5 non-executive” substitute “6 non-executive”.
