Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Weston Park Hospital National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The Weston Park Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the Weston Park Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
