This Order may be cited as The Southport and Formby, the Southport and Formby Community Health Services and the West Lancashire National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.
(1) The Southport and Formby National Health Service Trust established by the Southport and Formby National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
(2) The Southport and Formby Community Health Services National Health Service Trust established by the Southport and Formby Community Health Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
(3) The West Lancashire National Health Service Trust established by the West Lancashire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
