Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Chase Farm Hospitals and the Wellhouse National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Chase Farm Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the Chase Farm Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.

(2) The Wellhouse National Health Service Trust established by the Wellhouse National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
