Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Kent and Canterbury Hospitals, the South Kent Hospitals and the Thanet Health Care National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
(1) The Kent and Canterbury Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the Kent and Canterbury Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
(2) The South Kent Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the South Kent Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
(3) The Thanet Health Care National Health Service Trust established by the Thanet Health Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
