Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Parkside National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2 Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order

Article 3(2) of the Parkside National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is amended by omitting the words from “to manage” to “associated premises” and inserting the following words in their place:

to own and manage St. Charles' Hospital, Exmoor Street, London W10 6DZ, The Royal London Homoeopathic Hospital, Great Ormond Street, London WC1N 3HR and associated establishments and facilities, and there to provide and manage hospital accommodation and services, and there and from there to provide and manage community health services.
